Esta política aplica a la aplicación móvil «URPE IS — Mi Caso»
(paquete co.urpeintegralservices.panel, publicada en Google Play por
Urpe AI Lab LLC y en el App Store como «URPE IS») y al portal web
panel.urpeintegralservices.co. El servicio es operado por
URPE Integral Services LLC (Alpharetta, Georgia, EE. UU.), empresa del grupo
Urpe AI Lab LLC, para la gestión de casos migratorios de sus clientes.
Con tu registro y uso del servicio recopilamos: nombre, correo electrónico y teléfono; mensajes del chat con tu equipo asignado (texto, fotos, videos, notas de voz y archivos que decidas compartir); documentos de tu caso que subas a la plataforma; audio de llamadas y videollamadas dentro del chat (solo audio, grabado y transcrito para tu expediente, con aviso visible antes de conectar); e identificadores del dispositivo para notificaciones push.
Exclusivamente para prestar el servicio: gestionar tu caso migratorio, comunicarte con tu coordinadora y equipo, mostrarte el avance de tus etapas y entregables, enviarte notificaciones sobre tu caso y darte soporte.
No vendemos tus datos. Solo los comparten con nosotros proveedores de infraestructura necesarios para operar (alojamiento, base de datos, mensajería push, transcripción de llamadas), obligados contractualmente a protegerlos, y autoridades migratorias únicamente cuando tú lo autorizas como parte de tu trámite.
Los datos viajan cifrados en tránsito (TLS). Los conservamos mientras tu caso esté activo y por los plazos legales aplicables.
Puedes solicitar acceso, corrección o eliminación de tus datos. Para eliminar tu cuenta y tus datos visita panel.urpeintegralservices.co/delete-account (también disponible dentro de la app, en el menú de tu perfil) o escríbenos.

LLC and on the App Store as "URPE IS") and the web portal
panel.urpeintegralservices.co. The service is operated by URPE
Integral Services LLC (Alpharetta, Georgia, USA), an Urpe AI Lab LLC company, to manage
its clients' immigration cases.
Name, email and phone number; chat messages with your assigned team (text, photos, videos, voice notes and files you choose to share); case documents you upload; call and video-call audio within the chat (audio only, recorded and transcribed into your case file, with a visible notice before connecting); and device identifiers for push notifications.
Solely to provide the service: managing your immigration case, communicating with your coordinator and team, showing your stage and deliverable progress, sending notifications about your case, and providing support.
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with infrastructure providers required to operate (hosting, database, push messaging, call transcription), contractually bound to protect it, and with immigration authorities only when you authorize it as part of your filing.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). We retain it while your case is active and for applicable legal periods.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data. To delete your account and data visit panel.urpeintegralservices.co/delete-account (also available inside the app, in your profile menu) or contact us.
